West Coast Gardens has a long-rooted history, founded by the VanderMey family in 1981, with a team that has over 70 years of innovative growing experience. We are a trusted Surrey garden centre, nursery, and destination retail location for the BC Lower Mainland.

As a third-generation grower, Jason VanderMey literally grew up with the garden as his playground, learning the trade from his parents. Jason and his wife, Wybranda, have teamed up with Nathan and Jill Van Huizen, as owners of West Coast Gardens, Surrey garden centre and nursery, adding another 15 years of industry experience to the dynamic team. Our Surrey garden centre offers a wide selection of outdoor annuals, perennials, shrubs, herbs and more for your garden. We are also known for our indoor tropicals, homegrown succulents and a variety of plants for your home.
