Come in for our free Christmas Open House, where you get the first peek at the winter wonderland our team puts together at the garden centre! Special sales, in-store giveaways, tree displays, Christmas gifts, home decor & more. Have a hot drink and get your Christmas vibes for the season.

Trim & Gather

Our winter free family event celebrating the arrival of our fresh-cut evergreen boughs, seasonal plants, and the start of Christmas shopping (not to mention sales!). Don't forget to book your family photos with Santa in a quiet and magical setting (online signup and fee).

Find the perfect gift when you shop the artisan market, then enjoy food trucks and cozy drinks.

And if that wasn't enough excitement, we really get jolly with our hands-on Christmas Workshops (tickets required) where you and your friends can create festive wreaths, planters, table centrepieces and more in the West Coast Garden's studio.

Christmas Market Weekends

Enjoy our Christmas Market Weekends throughout the season for local handmade artisans right here at West Coast Gardens in our market area, surrounded by a winter wonderland!

Santa will also be on-site for photos (book ahead online) on Saturdays during the market weekends.

You never know what events will pop up—including our new Empower & Glow Wellness Event in February where we partner up with amazing dance, yoga and other professionals around Surrey, White Rock, and Langley for some self-care time!

In Love with Spring

We kick off the season with our Home & Patio Show in March, showcasing new patio decor and inspiration, along with exclusive sales, food trucks, contests, and a local artisan markets.

Then, in May, we gear up for the gardening season with BLOOM!, one of our favourite events of the year! The entire garden centre transforms as we herald in the first blooms with a family-friendly weekend of food, face-painting, balloons, sales, and local vendors.

Summer Family Fun

Get out in the sun with our fantastic Summer Solstice event in June, showing off everything blooming ready for the hot weather! Then join us for a Summer Festival in August as we transition into a new season. Knockout sales, family activities, local markets, tasty food trucks and a beer garden—we can't wait!

Celebrating Autumn

We let the fall season take over with giant autumn displays, face painting, mums, food trucks and an outdoor pumpkin patch, of course! Join us for Dig & Forage in September, a weekend family event where we also join forces with the Vancouver Dahlia Society for their late season show!
