How Does It Work?
Your organization gathers funds and information from donors who want to support you. We provide you with vouchers for each purchase, which they can bring to West Coast Gardens to redeem for outdoor spring hanging baskets.
Your organization receives $10 for each basket sold!

Our program runs during spring & right through Mother's Day—perfect timing! Vouchers can be redeemed until May 31st.

Your Questions Answered
How much are the hanging baskets and vouchers?
When you fundraise, you take a $45 payment for each hanging basket purchase from your supporters.
We provide vouchers at a cost of $35 each, which gives you $10 per purchase.
Each voucher is good for a $45 outdoor spring hanging basket for your supporters.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we require at least 25 baskets sold for each fundraiser.
How do you receive the vouchers?
Once your fundraiser concludes, you submit your spreadsheet/form with purchases, and $35 for each, to West Coast Gardens. You will be provided with a voucher for a $45 hanging basket for each purchase on the list.
How are vouchers redeemed?
Donors can bring in their vouchers anytime before May 31st and pick out their outdoor spring hanging basket from our garden centre. Bring both the voucher and basket to a cashier for processing.
Can we guarantee certain hanging baskets?
The choices available will depend on when they come in to redeem their vouchers and which baskets are available at that time. During the spring months we have plenty of gorgeous outdoor baskets in a variety of colours! They may choose from any outdoor spring basket that is $45 or less.
Will you help us market our fundraiser?
While we do not offer marketing for fundraisers, if you tag us on social media (@westcoastgardens) we may repost or share your efforts.
