FAQ for Vendors
What should I bring as a vendor?
Vendors will be provided with a 8' long x 6' deep space. You must bring your own tables, tents, chairs, displays, point of sale systems, and extension cords if needed. You may also bring lighting if required.
Makers are required to use white tents for outdoor markets unless otherwise coordinated with written approval at least two weeks out from a market. (Outdoor spaces are big enough for a 10'x10' tent)
How big is my space?
Vendors will be provided with a 8' long x 6' deep space in the garden centre. For outdoor markets (in June & August only) you will have 10x10' space for tents.
**NOTE - June & August are outdoor markets and there will be no indoor spaces. The rest of the year are all indoor markets with no outdoor areas unless otherwise specified.
If you have a large banner backdrop, (10ft max) you will be moved to a perimeter spot so as not block sight lines for the market
Are tables & chairs provided?
No, everyone will need to provide their own tables and chairs. Spaces are about 8' long x 6' deep with room behind the table for seating.

Can my children or pets join me?
Due to a change in the way we are locating the booths this year, no children under 12 or dogs under 50lbs are able to stay with vendors during the event. If this is an issue, please contact us.
*Exception: If the proprietor of the booth is under 10 years old. (Designate this on your application)
